Members of the public can apply to take part in the Skydive with Vogue by registering at www.skoda.ie. For every entry received, ŠKODA will make a donation of €5 to Dogs Trust, with the aim of raising €5,000, which will cover the cost of feeding all the puppies in Dogs Trust’s dedicated Puppy Wing for six months.
Speaking about the initiative, Cathal Kealey, PR Manager at ŠKODA Ireland, said: “Dogs Trust have been our charity partner for five years and we wanted to mark that milestone by providing some really meaningful help while at the same time doing something a bit different and fun. We want to give Dogs Trust €5,000 to mark the five years so we’re calling on the public to get on board and help us reach this target.”
Also speaking ahead of the Skydive, Vogue Williams said: “Doing a skydive is something that’s been on my bucket list for a long time, so I’m really excited about working on this with ŠKODA. I’m a big dog lover, so I’m calling on people all over the country to throw their name in the hat for this – it’s also a great experience. The more entries we get, the easier it will be to reach our target of €5,000, which will be put towards helping the great people at Dogs Trust continue their excellent work.”
The ŠKODA Skydive will take place at a midlands location on Wednesday, 24th August. To enter, simply visit www.skoda.ie and register your details before Friday, 12th August.*
